The “ECC” is our biggest and most important fundraiser.  Rather than ask your child to sell products door-to-door and only receive a portion of the proceeds from their hard work, we simply ask families to make a financial donation directly to the McAlpine PTO each Fall.  This allows 100% of the money raised to stay at McAlpine to fund classroom and school-wide needs!  Your donation is completely tax deductible, and many employers will even match your donation.  We hope that you’ll consider the impact your financial gift can make on our school through this easy and convenient $22,000 direct-give capital campaign.  Through the Everyone Counts Campaign, every single donation, no matter how large or small, is an opportunity to invest in the McAlpine community and your child’s future!

To donate to the ECC with credit card using your Pay4SchoolStuff account, click here to log in to your P4SS account or to create a new P4SS account. The option to donate to the ECC is located in the Back To School 2021-2022 category in Pay4SchoolStuff.

To make a Corporate Matching Gift or Payroll Deduction, please complete this form and then follow your employer's procedure for making matching gifts or payroll deductions. It is very important that you fill out this form, as we may not be notified of your company's donation for several months. Thank you for taking the extra steps to double your investment!

Hosted by local restaurants, these evenings offer food and fun for students.  On the designated night, the host restaurant donates a portion of each purchase to McAlpine.  Last year, we raised over $3000 through this program.  Take the night off of cooking to support our school and these local businesses!

‍2022 Recap:

At the McAlpine Mile, students will run, walk, skip, hop, and dance with their class for 30-35 laps around special tracks set up on the fields at McAlpine. There will be music, fun, excitement, and more!

Leading up to the big event, our students will experience daily character-building lessons and exciting challenges with the Booster Team.

This FUNdraiser is a healthy and easy way to raise money for McAlpine.

When you link your Harris Teeter VIC Card to McAlpine, our school earns money every time you buy Harris Teeter brand products.   Simply ask the cashier to link your VIC Card to McAlpine’s school ID #1118 next time you check out at Harris Teeter, or CLICK HERE to link your card online. McAlpine typically earns well over $1000 each year from this program!

Make sure you tell grandparents, neighbors and other friends to link their VIC card to McAlpine (#1118).  

And please remember that this program runs from August through May each year, so everyone MUST re-link their card each August!

McAlpine earns 10¢ for each qualifying Box Tops label…and now the Box Tops program is going DIGITAL!

That’s right, physical Box Tops are being phased out to make it simpler for schools to earn money.  Download the ALL-NEW Box Tops for Education App, shop as you normally would, then simply scan your store receipts to find participating products.  The app will automatically credit McAlpine for your Box Tops purchases!  Plus, the app provides a lot of special bonus offers to take advantage of!
